Hello What holds longer the rust prevention chemicals, the paper or the plastic version and what is better for uv protection, does not both get destroyed over a year?

This stuff sucks, it makes painted surfaces and rotors/calipers rust... I dont even get it, i applies to painted calipers and it rusted them... -_-
